24 September 2020 - Recent speculation has linked Spain's Indukern to a possible divestment of its distribution arm. The rumours indicate that Indukern is considering to sell its feed/food/pharma/vet chemical distribution business.
However, a company spokesperson told Feedinfo this morning that Indukern has simply been answering regular queries by third parties who have shown interest in Indukern’s distribution arm. The company is not actively seeking to sell the division.
“We continue working as usual and these types of enquiries are normal in a group like ours. We are always open to value any opportunity to continue growing,” the spokesperson said.
